Above my limit for sure. I would really really have to love it to pay $14 a yard. Fortunately, I love my stash. I find that the only fabrics I have been purchasing lately are solids for backgrounds.

If the blocks are consistently either a little too small or large, I leave it. If they are different each time, I correct it. Points being cut off don't bother me as long as they are all cut off.

My son's dorm bed is the upper part of a bunk bed with a desk and dresser below. It is against the wall. So a twin size with about 6 extra inches works great. I backed his with minky and no batting....

We have used them for over 30 years and love them. I have one in each bedroom around the house. Worth a try. I don't like the ones with sounds like babbling brook, rain, ect. Just the white noise.
