What is everyone doing (program or just healthy and exercise)?
I am doing weight watchers. I don't attend the meeting just following the flex plan. It seems to be working since I am down about 40lbs. since I started. If anyone else is doing weight watchers, I have a minestrone soup recipe that makes a ton and there is only 10pts. in the entire batch. I get at least 5 meals from it.
