I agree, too. Connecting Threads is great on their fabric prices. I just bought a kit from them plus 4 yards for backing. For what I paid for both, I would have more for the kit alone at other stores. Also check websites for fabric and see what they are having sales on or clearance. Sometimes you can get shipping for free, too.
