Love the way you handled it! I was pretty lucky. My 2 have always gotten along. I have a boy (now 21) and a girl (now 19). With my older siblings, we did not get along until they left for college. After that, we were the best of friends.
Just a side note. I will be bringing my DD to college in Ohio in August. DH & I may drive to Niagara Falls since we will be that close. Any suggestions for our trip would be greatly appreciated!
