It's a machine quilting robot. Cables and a computer are attached to your frame & sewing machine then it moves the sewing machine in patterns to quilt. Qbot, MQR, PC Quilter, Side Saddle and probably others are the home quilting versions of the Compustitcher on the big longarms.
