This would be something that anyone could do...we all have FQ or fabric that could be cut into FQ, patterns, can make a block, pin cushion it would not have to cost a lot of cash...the expense would be to postage and that could be done by regular mail as long as the weight was not really heavy could use a large envelope for a very small amount of cash. Everyone should be encouraged to join this swap!
