Drat, I would have thought if Bernina had that feature on their older machines, they would have carried them over. I have the 630. Personally I think it would be an outstanding feature on any machine, especially for those who cannot see into the bobbin without opening the barn door. Keep any suggestions coming.. Yes, I have the 440, and it doesn't have this feature either. How dumb. I still love my machine though.
