I bought a bolt couple years ago. Even though it still looked to be a new bolt, I had them measure it all out anyway. It was short 2 yards. That store that ripped you off, I would fire a letter off to the Better Business Bureau and if the store is part of a franchise, their head office. Looks to me that $hop owner has quite a little "game" going.
