I always include quilt title, my name, year, size (width x height). I usually write the info then trim the fabric and press the folded edges. Learned the hard way that cutting first may mean starting over!
As above, but also print my initials on the backing fabric( or sometimes one of the lighter patches on the top ) with a lino cut logo, before sandwiching the quilt.
