Another thing I do is have friends over to sew. When times are tough and there's no extra money to go fabric shopping I invite my 4 best friends over for some sewing therapy. Everyone brings a little something to eat and we spend the day laughing and sewing. A few months ago we go together and swapped fabrics and some UFO's. Everyone went home happy because they got something new, got rid of something they didn't want and didn't spend a dime! We've decided we need to do this again. Sure brings all of us out of a funk.
