When Matilda stopped for no good reason. I got the book out and took apart the bobbinholder thingy and lo and behold a little thread was behind it. I cleaned and oiled it and haven't had another problem. Also, make sure you have one of those little metal dishes that are magnetic as those screws are tiny.
