My family is on a high protein diet and I usually cook 2 dozen egg whites but we don't eat the yolks too often. Does anyone know what to do with the left over yolks? I give my dogs a few for their coat. Sometimes throw them out to the birds and critters.

Use some to make noodles, sponge cakes. Of course, you can only eat so many.
