I have only been to Orcas Island.. loved every minute of it... decided that fall, winter and spring is the time to visit.. too many tourists in teh summer. My last job, was with the local wireline dial tone phone provider there, PTI/CenturyTel/CenturyLink. I was in the residential customer service department and fired after almost 14 years for not meeting my sales goals.. Hard to sell to "snowbirds" going South and harder to sell to people experienceing paycuts in this tough economy.. no worries here as I will again be working real soon ..
