And everything in moderation of course. Portion size is very important and we do not realize how much we're eating until we measure out our portion sizes for a while - then we can get a sense of what a "portion" looks like. It's not as much as one thinks most of the time, and unknowingly to us, maybe contributes to many of our weight problems.
Someone pointed this out to me a while back and was very enlightening to say the least.
