Thanks! How did you sew it and get it to look ragged at the top?
But how did it curl like that? Did you use an accuquilt rag die cutters?
The fringe is created from the seam allowance, once the quilt is sewn together, just take scissors and clip the fabric every 1/4 inch or so. This quilt was washed twice - the more you wash, the better the fringe looks.
