All the reasons for shoulder pain and all the "helps" are great, but the only thing that really helps me at the end of a long day of sewing or computer surfing for new patterns and ideas is one ADVIL (ibuprofen) tablet. It relieves any swelling that occurs in my right shoulder and at least lets me get to sleep! Good luck ladies!
