Just had to share this picture of the salvage skirts made for my two grand-daughters. These are fun and a good way to use up the salvage strips. They are sewn to muslin, so the skirt a little heavy.
Thanks for sharing this great idea for old denims! It inspires me to take up a project similar to yours for my two grandaughters; one is 16 and the other 6!
