Is it fair? Depends. If the seller is reputable and it is what he says it is, it's probably fair to him. Is it a fair/good price for you? Only you know your financial situation and are in the position to know the answer to that. Generally speaking only the buyer knows what something is worth to him/her vs how much they can or are able to afford. It certainly isn't an exorbitant price but it's not a give away either. Which brings me to my real point. I'm curious as to why are we so apt to criticize a seller for asking what may be percieved as an "unfair" price but nobody critcizes a buyer for scooping up a $35 pristine FW in a New York second without saying anything to a naive seller. That's why they call these latter purchases a "steal"...
