I am off to collect DH from hospital today. No idea what time we will get home. (Hospital is in another town.) This will be a crock pot day....
bottom of pot..layer spuds, onion, carrot.
pork tenderloin next.
large chunks of zucchini.
pour can of mushroom soup over all.
seasoning.....minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, soy sauce.
A quick salad when we get home, and supper is on the table.
