Yup I agree with everyone else, if I ripped out every time I was off by that little amount, I would have no finished tops. My very first quilt, I fudged on the seam allowances to make sure everything lined up perfectly, and now because of that it is coming apart at the seams (literally!). Since then I have learned that none of my quilts will ever be perfect, and I am cool with that. :)

My favorite quote of all time is "Love is not in finding the perfect person, but learning to love an imperfect person perfectly." Maybe we could change that up for all our imperfect quilts .... "Love is not in making a perfect quilt, but loving an imperfect quilt perfectly." :) :) :)
