I have no idea if you have a JoAnn's around your area - but this weekend (in the US, for Columbus Day), they are having a 50% off all interfacing until Monday night. I got a 10-yard bolt of the heaviest Pellon for $2.98/yard. It's normally $6.00/yard.

I have also seen it for sale from Pellon directly for about that price - but you have to purchase an entire bolt of it.
