Try to Google the words 'quilt guilds'. When you find the ones near you, call and ask if one of them would be willing to help you get them laid out and pinned, then you can hand or machine quilt them. I have a quilt frame made from white PVC plastic tubes that would fit nicely over your wheel chair so you could hand quilt if you wanted to. I bought mine online for about $70 last year, so the price would still be similar. Mine is made by Prym/Dritz, and has adjustable legs. It just says "quilter's floor frame" on the box.
