Bob's Red Mill has lots of gluten free mixes and gluten free oatmeal. Beware, all oatmeal is not gluten free, and barley is not gluten free. DM and I are both allergic. Look for gluten free soy sauce, too. There are lots of good gluten free breads out now- it has gotten lots better in the last few years.
