Thanks! I used a pattern from a 1980's Quilt magazine - made templates and cut it all out in little pieces. I posted a wall quilt from the same pattern recently, and both were really easy to make. I am totally serious - it takes longer to cut out than to sew together.
It will be a class sample for a class I am teaching in October, and then it will either be a Christmas present or I will sell it on ebay. :)
