I had the same problem but read about the "color catcher" sheets on the board. Wow, it worked. My quilt had a hot pink & that ran onto the lighter pink & the white. I found the color catcher sheets in the laundry aisle by the stain treatments- made by Shout. Washed the quilt in color with 1 sheet & wow! it took out all the part that bled.
