Do not despair Jackie...I am sure along the way in this year you will get to do something really fancy...BUT I do agree the center you were working on needed the simple border to keep from distracting from the center. THE PURPLE LOOKS WONDERFUL!!! No stress...I hope my next border can be simple, but if it's not so be it...The key thing is just don't stress...trust your instinct and everything will be GREAT!!!
