The only identifiers on these are "Greist" (which I assume is the manufacturer) and 'hemmer', 'binder', 'tucker', etc.
and then, on most of them are the words 'patent pending'.

Google "greist" sewing machine attachments. It depends on the shank style of the attachments. Possibly Singer or other vintage type sewing machines... experiment a little....
