I do love my little gold janome. all 12 lbs of her. I have not yet gotten used to the presser foot thing being on the side and not the back. It does sew like a charm. I have the feet for it and did pay lots less. I like how it sounds, like a hum and not a machine gun. I love both of them. My janome goes to class with me and the bernina stays home. I hope it doesn't get jealous. You think we have the same love for them as men do for their cars? katie
