I'm wondering, after reading all these tasty recipes, if the caterers just added pumpkin pie spice along with some butter and brown sugar? Someone at work suggested I find a sweet potato pie recipe and just not make it as a pie.
I've never had sweet potato pie either (!) but I'm thinking this would work?
