My brother refused to eat sweet potatoes his entire life, but he liked this one. It's been a family favorite for years. It's a low-fat version I got from Cooking Light many years ago. Thanksgiving wouldn't be right without them. I like it because you can make it up ahead and add the topping when you warm them up at the end.
