no tennis elbow but arthritis in my thumbs which makes it often hard to even use rotary cutter and "shove" fabric under machine when fmq. sometimes hard to even pick up pins. wear a support type glove i got at Joann's when real bad and it helps. you have probably seen them there - they are a brightish green.
