Had the problem when I worked at ClothWorld(before they were bought by JoAnns) and it was called Epicondilitis which is a fancy name for it. It was treated with ice packs, massage with a cortisone cream and exercises. I will have a flare up once in awhile but just rest it for awhile. Good Luck.
