I had tennis elbow years ago, had 1 injection and no problem. Now arthritis in hands, shoulders, back, knees (total right knee replacement last year) and feet. I now have a torn tendon in shoulder, had 1 shot, not helping much, try therapy next, then maybe surgery. I believe mine is partly due to 15 years of decorative painting, holding paint brush in right hand and project in left. But can't give up sewing or quilting.
