I order from them frequently. They're great. I've never been shorted (I wish I could say that for everyone!) and the only time I've gotten something wrong in my order they corrected it immediately. I've also needed special help at times and they always offer it graciously.
Another thing about OTR is that you'll get frequent updates if you sign up for their newsletter. You'll be imformed when new lines come in and get the chance to preorder. But my favorite part is the positive, upbeat attitude Laura always displays in her "Family and Farm News".
