Take echinacea and zinc supplements. Eat 3 or more oranges a day and drink at least 2 quarts of water daily. Will flush your system. Go outside for 15 min. every day for fresh air and vit.D(sunshine). Also, before bed, wash your feet and dry well. Slather Vicks vaporub on bottom and top of both feet, then pull on socks.
