I am a bit on the *itchy side, moody, anxious. I am 56 and my lmp was 7 years ago. I smoked at the time, my Dr. told me that makes you go through menopause earlier. I took bio-identical hormones for awhile, they did not do that much for me. I felt like another poster here why postpone the inevivitible (sp)
