I received one of these for Christmas about six years ago from my DD. It's so good!! I have arthritis in both hands and this keeps the pain to a minimum in the winter and at Christmas when there is so much sewing and quilting to do.
I also try to keep my hands warm all the time. When I go outside (even here in FL.) if it's cold I wear warm gloves. Other than that I take acetaminophen for the pain. It works quickly and lasts a long time. Flexing the fingers frequently helps too.
