Our group uses the Black & Decker cordless scissors, found in the hardware section, under$20 & sometimes at Big Lots for $8. They are wonderful, strong, fast, & can cut thru 8 layers, so much better than the electric scissors found in the sewing stores. Hmmm - Black & Decker usually makes a good product, and I like the idea of no cord limitation - I'll go check those out. :D
