I haven't read through all 13 pages of this thread to see if anyone has mentioned this product, but Odor Mute is excellent for leaky pet odors. It is a powder that you dissolve in water when you need it, so it doesn't lose strength during storage. Just mix a tablespoon per gallon or teaspoon per quart, saturate the spot, let it sit a while, and blot it out. Your local pet shop should be able to order it, or look online. It's worth every penny and lasts a long time.
