eBay has a good selection. Make sure the foot will fit your machine - low shank, med shank, etc. otherwise you'll have to buy an adapter.

Joann's is also another source for a GENERIC foot.
If it's a generic foot, the prices start at around $25 and go up from there. If you're lucky enough to have a Bernina, they'll sell it to you for over $135. :D
If you buy from one of the larger sellers (not someone selling a used one), you can write them with your machine information, and they should be able to tell you which foot you can use.
If you have a Pfaff with Dual Feed, I think it's possible to even do it without a special foot. I only quilted a small block once on a Pfaff, so I'm not really sure.
Most shops that sell machines stock the accessories. Again, just make sure it fits and works on your machine.
And that is a very lovely quilt you've made. Only your third? WOW!
