Count me in. I have to lose the 20 lbs I've gained from veering off of my normal vegan diet. And, I've got to do it by late February when my daughter get married. Here are 2 tips that WILL help you start losing:

1. Eat ONLY when you are physically hungry. That means your stomach is growling. If you're stomach isn't growling, you're not physically hungry. You're just eating out of boredom, etc.

2. Drink lots of water - at least half of your body weight in ounces everyday. So, if you weigh 150, you should drink at least 75 oz. of water everyday.
