why not put the design on tearaway or washaway stabilizer then stitch thru it onto the fleece..perhaps use spray basting to hold it in place for stitching. You'd progably need some stabilizer anyway because of the stretch nature of the fleece. Ricky Tims has a stabilizer that can be left in and when washed it turns very soft...it's precut into 8.5 x 11 inch sheets that can be put thru a printer to print out a design.
