My easiest pork loin recipe is to put a container of sauerkraut into the crockpot, add 2 tablespoons Gravy Master, mix together. Place the pork on top of the mixture and cook on low for 8 hours. My sister doesn't like sauerkraut, but will eat it by the bowl made this way :)
