I used to get down on my hands and knees to mop and wax my floors too. I don't make those silly mistakes anymore.
Same here... I even used an old toothbrush for all the corners & such. No more!
I think I would clear off the kitchen counter to cut! I have used the counter before to put my machine on & sew when I couldn't stand to sit because of my back.
