Just cooked one last night. I have found McCormick's GrillMates Montreal steak seasoning a perfect choice for all kinds of meats and cooking methods. I just coated the meat with a little EVOO in bottom of casserole, sprinkled all sides fairly heavily with the McCormicks. put a lid on it and baked it on 350 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Actually reduced the heat to 325 at about the 1 hour point.
