Wow, this topic has really stirred up some responses. I won't go through 15 pages before I give my response. I'll get to the rest in my un-sleeping hours. My hubby (of 48 years) never speaks against all the sewing -- I've always sewed. The first major "appliance" we purchased when we married was a sewing machine. He tolerates the sewing clutter, etc. The only thing he says occasionally is "Who's that for?" or When are you going to be finished? {{{{{{{{{{{teeheehee}}}}}}}}}}} He's gotten to where he comes with me to the LQS, but waits in the car. He even takes a nap if I'm a little long in the shop. He likes the casino, so when I go fabric shopping, I tell him I've been to my casino.

And as far as comment go, he asked a long time ago if I realized as the kids moved out on their own that I had filled their spaces with my projects. DS's room holds my cake-baking/decorating supplies in the closet, shelves of books, and the computer (which he shares). The girls' room is my sewing/scrapbooking/home office room. Much too small, BTW.
