I am so sorry your husband doesn't appreciate your hobbby.
Since we retired my husband would like to be attached to me at the hip. He has taken up reading more and will even offer to bring one of my machines into the family room so I can sew and watch tv with him. When we are in Maine he will even go to one of the stores I buy a lot of fabric from and tag alog carring the bolts, when I have most of it ready he willl get in the cutting line and tell them how much of each. I sometime think he enjoys it. I have offered to teach him how to sew but he will offer his opinion on colors but wants no part of sewing. He is very supportive and one time when were at a flea market and they had one of the white old featherweights. I said I did have one in my collection and he said he would buy it and this one it would be ""his". He does know where it is but would never touch it.
We have been together over 30 years and I tell me he is a keeper.
