My 13 y/o did this last year with all his khaki uniform pants for school. We used Orange Clean from the Dollar Store. It took out almost all of the ink from his clothes and the dryer. I made him scrub the inside of my dryer so he would have good reason to never leave a pen in his pants pocket again! Hope your son gets the stains out - ruining clothes is an expensive lesson.
