Try nail polish remover. If the stains are not too large and set the acetone will sometimes help. You can also try hydrogen peroxide ( if not the drug store variety try some used for hair coloring) or Oxiclean. Just be sure to color test a small invisible area first especially for the higher strength peroxide or oxiclean. As someone once told me all stains can be removed, some just require a scissors.
