Here's my recipe (from a lebanese lady at work):
HUMMUS
1 - 2 cloves garlic
2 cans of progresso chick peas - rinsed & drained
1 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice or to taste (I like a lot)
1 tsp. salt
Put garlic cloves in food processor & mince. Add all the other ingredients and blend together. Drizzle with a little olive oil and garnish with fresh mint before serving with pita bread wedges and/or fresh veggies.
